Built by two families, our facility opens in 2025 to bring much-needed storage to the Seven Sister Falls area.
It started … with an idea…
Candice, Ryan, Shaun, and Vanessa saw a need in the growing Seven Sister Falls area—residents and seasonal visitors alike needed a reliable place to store their belongings. With a shared vision and a passion for community, they found the perfect location just off Highway 307 and got to work.
From purchasing the lots to securing the building, every step was driven by the goal of providing a much-needed self-storage solution for the town and surrounding area. What began as a simple idea has now become a local service built on trust, convenience, and a connection to the community.

Our self-storage facility in Seven Sister Falls was built with practicality, security, and community in mind. Conveniently located just off Highway 307, the property offers easy access year-round and is designed to meet a wide range of storage needs for both locals and visitors to the area.
Security is one of our top priorities. The entire yard is fully fenced and secured with a heavy-duty sliding gate, allowing access only to those renting a unit or outdoor space. Whether you’re storing household belongings, recreational equipment, or vehicles, you can trust that your items are safe and protected on-site. Each indoor unit is locked with a padlock of your choosing, giving you full control over access.
We offer 30 indoor storage units, divided evenly across three practical sizes:
10′ x 20′ for larger household storage or business inventory
10′ x 10′ for storing the contents of a one-bedroom apartment
10′ x 15′ for furniture and items from a two-bedroom home
All indoor units are built on a solid concrete foundation, providing clean, dry, and stable conditions for your belongings. Whether you’re in the middle of a move, renovating, or just need to clear some space at home, we have a size that fits.
In addition to our indoor units, we also provide 30 outdoor storage spots. These are perfect for larger items like boats, RVs, campers, trailers, and vehicles. If it can be driven or towed, it can be parked here. The layout of our yard makes maneuvering easy, and with minimal gravel to drive over, even bikes and smaller vehicles can comfortably access the space.
